This website is operated by Desert Card Company. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Desert Card Company. By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing any part of the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the website or purchase products from us.
1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this site.
You may not use our products, website, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any applicable laws in connection with your use of the site.
2. PRODUCTS AND COLLECTIBLES
Desert Card Company sells collectible products, which may include graded trading cards, sealed trading card products, sports cards, and other collectibles.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately photograph, describe, and represent our products. Because many collectibles are unique items, the photographs shown in a product listing may depict the actual item being offered for sale unless otherwise stated.
Collectibles may exhibit manufacturing variations, print imperfections, packaging wear, scratches, scuffs, centering differences, or other characteristics inherent to collectible products. Such characteristics do not necessarily constitute damage or a product defect.
For professionally graded items, Desert Card Company does not independently guarantee or warrant the grade assigned by a third-party grading company. The grade, authentication determination, and encapsulation are the responsibility of the applicable grading company.
3. SEALED PRODUCTS
Products sold as factory sealed are intended to be delivered in their sealed condition. Minor packaging imperfections, including small scratches, dents, wrinkles, loose wrapping, or other manufacturing or distribution-related variations, may occur and do not necessarily constitute damage.
Desert Card Company does not guarantee the contents, condition, rarity, value, pull rates, or grading potential of individual cards or other items contained within sealed products.
Once a sealed product has been opened, its contents and value are outside our control.
4. PRICES AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
The collectible market can fluctuate significantly. The price or market value of an item may increase or decrease after purchase. Desert Card Company does not guarantee the future market value, resale value, investment performance, or appreciation of any product.
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions involving product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping charges, or other information.
5. ORDERS
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that we reasonably believe involve fraud, unauthorized payment activity, pricing or listing errors, inventory errors, suspicious activity, resale abuse, or violations of these Terms.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment of that order.
6. PAYMENT AND FRAUD PREVENTION
Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
Orders may be subject to payment verification, fraud screening, identity verification, address verification, or other security measures before fulfillment.
We reserve the right to delay or cancel an order when additional verification is required or when we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
7. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
All sales are final. Desert Card Company does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations except where required by applicable law or where Desert Card Company determines that an order qualifies for resolution under our Return and Refund Policy.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, photographs, pricing, and order information carefully before completing a purchase.

8. SHIPPING
Desert Card Company currently ships only to eligible addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or possessions, APO, FPO, DPO, or other military addresses. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional information regarding fulfillment, delivery, damaged packages, and other shipping matters.
9. ORDER DELIVERY AND CLAIMS
Customers should inspect shipments promptly after delivery.
If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to have experienced another fulfillment issue, contact Desert Card Company promptly at support@desertcards.com and provide the order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item and packaging when applicable.
We may request additional documentation reasonably necessary to investigate a claim.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Certain features, payment services, shipping services, or other functionality available through our website may be provided by third parties.
We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, policies, or performance of third-party service providers except as required by applicable law.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, the Desert Card Company name, branding, logos, website design, original photographs, graphics, written content, and other original materials appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Desert Card Company and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without permission.
Third-party trademarks, product names, logos, characters, brands, and other intellectual property displayed in connection with products remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on our website does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with Desert Card Company unless expressly stated.
12. PROHIBITED USES
